  • Yes, we do offer COD option on checkout. However, a small additional charge is levied if you choose COD, simply because our courier partners charge us extra to collect & remit the money to us.
  • This minuscule COD charge needs to be prepaid for booking your COD order. It is non-refundable. This is just to safeguard ourselves from situations of spam / fake COD orders. So upon payment of the COD charge, your COD order will be booked, and the balance order amount needs to paid on delivery.
  • We provide one of the fastest tailor-made services in India and the orders are shipped within 3 days of placing the order or getting your measurements, whichever is later.
  • We only take 7-10 days to deliver your outfits at your doorstep!
  • In unusual circumstances where the order is delayed for some reason, we will send timely notifications to you to keep you updated!

Our COD charges are very minuscule, as follows:
  • For orders upto Rs. 3,000 - COD charge Rs. 100
  • For orders above Rs. 3,000 upto Rs. 10,000 - COD charge Rs. 200
  • For orders above Rs. 10,000 upto Rs. 15,000 - COD charge Rs. 300
  • For orders above Rs. 15,000 - COD charge Rs. 400
This small charge is levied by us simply because our courier partners charge us extra to offer the COD service.
We do not offer COD option for orders above Rs. 7500, since it's a huge risk for us with orders of that size.

We want you to love every outfit you receive from Jaey. Here's everything you need to know if you ever need to return, exchange or alter your order:


  • ✅ What's Eligible for Return/Exchange?
    • Standard Size Orders (2XS to 6XL)
      • ✅ Eligible for ONE exchange OR return - as long as they're not customized in any way.
    • Customized Orders
      • ❌ Not eligible for return/exchange if any customization is done (sleeves, length, etc.)
    • SizeYOU Orders (Tailored to Your Measurements)
      • ❌ Not eligible for return/exchange
      • ✅ Eligible for one free alteration
    • Clearance Sale Items
      • ❌ No return, exchange or alteration
      • 🛑 Look for the 'CLEARANCE SALE' label on product images to know if it's final sale.


  • 🔁 Exchanges
    • Only one size exchange per item is allowed. Once exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
    • Colour/design exchanges are possible only on approval, and price differences (if any) must be prepaid.
    • Once we receive the returned item & complete the quality check at our end, your exchanged item will be delivered in 7-10 working days. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
    • Please note - We keep lotssss and lotssss of extra margin inside (about 2 inches), so for tiny tweaks, we recommend using a local tailor for faster resolution. It is also kinder to our team 😊


  • ✂️ Alterations (Only for SizeYOU Orders)
    • You can raise one free alteration request within 5 days of delivery.
    • You'll need to send:
      • Clear photos of you wearing the outfit (face can be hidden)
      • Specific details of the fitting issue (e.g., "waist is loose by 1 inch")
    • Alterations are possible only to the extent of the available garment margin (approx. 2 inches), so please provide accurate measurements. If the measurements provided by you are significantly incorrect, we will not be able to alter the outfit beyond the garment's limits. However, if the fit mismatch is due to our error and is significant, we may choose to alter or fully replace the outfit on a case-by-case basis at Jaey's discretion.
    • Once approved and quality checked, your altered outfit will be shipped in 7-10 working days. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
    • We keep enough margin inside, so for tiny tweaks, we recommend using a local tailor for faster resolution.


  • 🕐 Timelines
    • All return/exchange/alteration requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via your Jaey account: https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. The entire process might take 15-20 working days.
    • Requests on WhatsApp or email might get missed, so request you to raise them on the portal itself.


  • 🚚 Pickups & Charges
    • We arrange pickups from your address for all return/exchange/alteration requests.
    • A Rs. 200 logistics & processing fee applies to returns.
    • No charge for exchanges or alterations.
    • Want to skip the Rs. 200 return fee? You can courier it to us yourself!


  • 💸 Refunds
    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned item (post quality check).
    • Refunds go to your original payment method. For COD orders, please share your preferred method for refund.
    • Opt for Jaey Wallet Credits instead? We'll waive the Rs. 200 fee and credit the full amount.


  • 🛑 Important Conditions
    • Product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all tags intact.
    • Claims for defective/damaged products need a parcel opening video. Without it, we can't process the claim.
    • If your item fails quality check, we'll ship it back to you, and you'll need to cover the delivery cost.

  • Jaey Wallet is your digital wallet on Jaey, where you can receive credits from refunds, promotions, cashback, gift cards, and special campaigns.
  • You can use your wallet balance to pay for future purchases on Jaey, either partially or fully.
  • Your wallet balance is always visible in your profile under the Wallet tab.
  • Refunds: If you choose to receive your refund as wallet credit, the full amount (without any deduction) is credited to your wallet.
  • Promotions & Offers: Participate in special campaigns, referral programs, or receive promotional credits as a reward.
  • Signup Bonus: Occasionally, we may offer a bonus for new users who sign up.
  • Cashbacks: Earn cashback on select purchases or during special events. Cashback is credited directly to your wallet.
  • Gift Cards: When you redeem a Jaey Gift Card, the value is credited directly to your wallet for easy use.
  • Other Campaigns: Keep an eye out for festive or limited-time wallet credit offers!
  • At checkout, you will see an option to apply your wallet balance towards your order.
  • The system will automatically apply your available wallet credits to your order at checkout. If your wallet balance covers the full amount, it will be used fully; otherwise, it will be applied partially up to the available balance.
  • Note: Wallet credits cannot be used for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Some wallet credits, such as promotional credits, cashback, and gift cards, may have an expiry date, which will be clearly mentioned in your wallet tab.
  • Refund credits usually do not expire, unless specified otherwise.
  • You will be notified in advance if any of your wallet credits are about to expire, so you have time to use them.
  • Always check your wallet tab for details on expiry dates for each credit entry.
  • No, wallet credits are non-withdrawable and cannot be transferred to your bank account or converted to cash.
  • Wallet credits are strictly for use on purchases made on Jaey.
  • Locked: Your wallet may be temporarily locked due to security checks, pending verifications, or suspicious activity. You will not be able to use your wallet credits until it is unlocked.
  • Frozen: A frozen wallet means all credits are temporarily restricted, often due to refund reviews or account issues.
  • If your wallet is locked or frozen, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Wallet credits can only be used on prepaid orders (not on Cash on Delivery).
  • Wallet credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or for any withdrawal.
  • Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
