  • Yes, we do offer COD option on checkout. However, a small additional charge is levied if you choose COD, simply because our courier partners charge us extra to collect & remit the money to us.
  • This minuscule COD charge needs to be prepaid for booking your COD order. It is non-refundable. This is just to safeguard ourselves from situations of spam / fake COD orders. So upon payment of the COD charge, your COD order will be booked, and the balance order amount needs to paid on delivery.
  • We provide one of the fastest tailor-made services in India and the orders are shipped within 3 days of placing the order or getting your measurements, whichever is later.
  • We only take 7-10 days to deliver your outfits at your doorstep!

Our COD charges are very minuscule, as follows:
  • For orders upto Rs. 3,000 - COD charge Rs. 100
  • For orders above Rs. 3,000 upto Rs. 10,000 - COD charge Rs. 200
  • For orders above Rs. 10,000 upto Rs. 15,000 - COD charge Rs. 300
  • For orders above Rs. 15,000 - COD charge Rs. 400
This small charge is levied by us simply because our courier partners charge us extra to offer the COD service.
We do not offer COD option for orders above Rs. 7500, since it's a huge risk for us with orders of that size.

  • All your orders with Jaey (except customized and SizeYOU orders) are eligible for easy returns and exchanges. Please read the following terms carefully for the return/exchange policy:
    • Standard sizes - 2XS to 6XL - without any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets etc. are eligible for easy returns/exchanges.
    • If you choose any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets- it will not be eligible for any return/exchange.
    • SizeYOU (tailored to your measurements) is not eligible for any return/exchange, since it is completely tailored to your size and specially made for you. However, it is eligible for one FREE alteration. Details of the alteration process are explained in Alteration Policy below.
    • Items on CLEARANCE SALE / LIGHTNING SALE are not eligible for return/ exchange/ alteration. These are items with a red colored CLEARANCE SALE / LIGHTNING SALE label at the top right of the product image. Usual discounts on the website are not considered as clearance sale, and are eligible for return/exchange subject to point (i) to (iii).
    • You need to raise your return/exchange/alteration request within 5 days of delivery. The request can be raised via this link - https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Team Jaey cannot be held liable for any miss in the return/exchange requests raised on e-mails/ Whatsapp messages, unless they are raised on the above link. Any request after 5 days will not be accepted.
    • We will get the products picked up from your place in case of returns/exchanges/alterations. A logistics and processing charge of Rs. 200 will be applicable in case of all Returns for reverse pickup services. If you want us to waive these charges for you, you can simply courier them back yourself and we won't charge anything in that case. No charges are leviable for exchanges.
    • Sending us a parcel opening video is mandatory in case of defective / damaged product claims. We will not be able to accept any damage claim if we don't receive the video as proof.
    • Please make sure the product is unworn, not altered, not washed and all tags are intact to pass the quality check. In case the quality check fails, the same product will be shipped back to you, and the delivery charges need to be borne by you in that case.
    • Your refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days after receiving the outfit back & completing the quality check. A logistics and processing charge of Rs. 200 will be deducted while refunding the same. In case of COD orders, you need to provide your preferred method for receiving the refund.
  • In case of EXCHANGES:
    • We only allow one size exchange for the same item. Colour/ design exchange cannot be done. If in any exceptional scenario we do allow a colour/ design exchange, any difference in the price needs to be prepaid in order to process the same.
    • Size exchanges take 7-10 working days for it to be delivered after the returned product is received at our warehouse and quality check is completed.
    • So it's better if you check the size chart properly or consult our team before placing the order so that the exchange possibilities are reduced.
  • SizeYOU orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges since they're completely tailored for you.
  • If you've purchased SizeYOU and you are not satisfied with the fit, don't worry. We offer one free alteration request for every order.
  • You need to raise your alteration request within 5 days of delivery. The request can be raised via this link - https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Team Jaey cannot be held liable for any miss in the alteration requests raised on e-mails/ Whatsapp messages, unless they are raised on the above link. Any request after 5 days will not be accepted.
  • Once the alteration request is approved, we will get the products picked up from your place. However, in any exceptional scenario where return pick-up services are not available in your area, you'll be required to courier it to us to our warehouse. There are no charges applicable anywhere in the entire alteration process.
  • To opt for alterations, it is mandatory for you to send us clear pictures of you wearing the outfit (your face needs to be hidden), and share clear details of where exactly is the fit wrong and by how many inches. We will not be able to process the alterations if we don't receive the pictures and clear details of the issue.
  • In case of a huge fit mismatch, we might even completely replace the outfit for you, on a case-to-case basis. Jaey's management has the sole discretion to take the call on whether to alter or replace the outfit.
  • Please make sure the product is unworn, not altered, not washed and all tags are intact to pass the quality check. In case the quality check fails, the same product will be shipped back to you, and the delivery charges need to be borne by you in that case.
  • On completing the quality check at our end, if everything's fine, we'll alter your outfit and ship it back to you within 5-7 days. We might ask you any additional details that we need to process the alterations, so request you to please co-operate with us on the same.
  • This whole process can take upto 15-20 days. In case of very minute fixes, we recommend that you take care of it at your end itself.
