Standard sizes - 2XS to 4XL - without any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets etc. are eligible for easy returns/exchanges (once per product).
Items on Clearance Sale / Insane Price Drop are final sale - no returns, exchanges or alterations.
Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via: https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
For COD orders, refunds are issued only as Jaey Wallet Credits after deducting a ₹200 processing fee along with the applicable COD charges (₹100/₹200) paid at the time of placing the order.
For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method and ₹200 processing fee will be applicable. If you choose credits to be refunded in Jaey wallet, ₹200 fee will be waived off.
No charge for exchanges or alterations.
Parcel opening video is a must for any damage claim.

I bought 34 but it's a bit loose to me n it has a strechable material so i think u should go one size down. My height is 5'4" And it's a bit long when wearing it with shoes rest everything is fine. Very comfy and soft material. Loved it.
