  • Standard sizes - 2XS to 4XL - without any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets etc. are eligible for easy returns/exchanges (once per product).
  • Items on Clearance Sale / Insane Price Drop are final sale - no returns, exchanges or alterations.
  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via: https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued only as Jaey Wallet Credits after deducting a ₹200 processing fee along with the applicable COD charges (₹100/₹200) paid at the time of placing the order.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method and ₹200 processing fee will be applicable. If you choose credits to be refunded in Jaey wallet, ₹200 fee will be waived off.
  • No charge for exchanges or alterations.
  • Parcel opening video is a must for any damage claim.

I found a gem! I’ve struggled to find well fitted workwear in Canada (I’m 5’2 and curvy). I was looking for tailored options in India when I stumbled upon Jaey. I loved the collection, and the best part was the sizeYOU, but then read that Jaey did not ship internationally yet. I messaged them on Instagram to ask, and got a message from the owner Jaini that they would take me on as their first international customer!! From the ordering (got 10+ items), through to processing (Jaini ensured that all the fittings were to the size I provided) and delivery - it was a seamless experience. I have people stopping to ask me where I got my work clothes and mentioning my outfits are “always on point” when I wear the Jaey items. The quality is great too. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience, and bridging the gap and providing custom sized work wear for women (bc why should only men have tailored workwear options?). I can’t wait to see your next collection!!!
