• Items on Clearance Sale / Insane Price Drop are final sale - no returns, exchanges or alterations.
• Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via: https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued only as Jaey Wallet Credits after deducting a ₹200 processing fee along with the applicable COD charges (₹100/₹200) paid at the time of placing the order.
• For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method and ₹200 processing fee will be applicable. If you choose credits to be refunded in Jaey wallet, ₹200 fee will be waived off.
• No charge for exchanges or alterations.
• Parcel opening video is a must for any damage claim.
