Every piece at Jaey, whether standard or SizeYOU, is made especially for you after you place your order. To ensure your comfort, we carefully craft your outfit using every detail from your 1-minute style profile that you create at checkout. If you order SizeYOU i.e. made-to-measure at no extra cost (highly recommended), we use advanced technology (for the first time in India) to accurately capture your measurements with just two photos - so you don't have to go to the tailor or even touch the measuring tape. The best part? You only need to complete these steps once, & we'll save them in your profile and use this information the next time you place an order.
  • All your orders with Jaey (except customized and SizeYOU orders) are eligible for easy returns and exchanges. Please read the following terms carefully for the return/exchange policy:
    • Standard sizes - 2XS to 6XL - without any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets etc. are eligible for easy returns/exchanges.
    • If you choose any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets- it will not be eligible for any return/exchange.
    • SizeYOU (tailored to your measurements) is not eligible for any return/exchange, since it is completely tailored to your size and specially made for you. However, it is eligible for one FREE alteration. Details of the alteration process are explained in Alteration Policy below.
    • You need to notify us within 5 days of delivery for your return/exchange/alteration request by emailing us at care@jaey.in or Whatsapp on +919321592405 with your order ID and other details. Alternatively, you can even request return/ exchange from the orders section in your profile. Any request after 5 days will not be accepted.
    • A logistics and processing charge of Rs. 200 will be applicable in case of all returns and exchanges for reverse pickup services. If you choose to courier it to us yourself, this charge will be waived off for you.
    • Sending us a parcel opening video is mandatory in case of defective / damaged product claims. We will not be able to accept any damage claim if we don't receive the video as proof.
    • Please make sure the product is unworn, not altered, not washed and all tags are intact to pass the quality check. In case the quality check fails, the same product will be shipped back to you, and the delivery charges need to be borne by you in that case.

  • SizeYOU orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges since they’re completely tailored for you.
  • If you've purchased SizeYOU and you are not satisfied with the fit, don't worry. We offer one free alteration request for every order.
  • You need to notify us within 5 days of delivery for your alteration request by emailing us at care@jaey.in or Whatsapp on +919321592405 with your order ID and other details.
  • Once the alteration request is approved, in most cases, we'll initiate a return pick-up for the product from our end for your alteration requests. You need to prepay a logistics and processing charge of Rs. 200 via card/net banking/UPI to enable us to initiate the pickup. However, in any exceptional scenario where return pick-up services are not available in your area, you'll be required to courier it to us to our warehouse. In cases where you ship out the product yourself, the logistics and processing charge of Rs. 200 will be waived for you.
  • To opt for alterations, it is mandatory for you to send us clear pictures of you wearing the outfit (your face needs to be hidden), and share clear details of where exactly is the fit wrong and by how many inches. We will not be able to process the alterations if we don't receive the pictures and clear details of the issue.
  • In case of a huge fit mismatch, we might even completely replace the outfit for you, on a case-to-case basis. Jaey's management has the sole discretion to take the call on whether to alter or replace the outfit.
  • Please make sure the product is unworn, not altered, not washed and all tags are intact to pass the quality check. In case the quality check fails, the same product will be shipped back to you, and the delivery charges need to be borne by you in that case.
  • On completing the quality check at our end, if everything's fine, we'll alter your outfit and ship it back to you within 5-7 days. We might ask you any additional details that we need to process the alterations, so request you to please co-operate with us on the same.
  • This whole process can take upto 15-20 days. In case of very minute fixes, we recommend that you take care of it at your end itself.

So i had an very bad experience ordering from Instagram, then too I took an risk while ordering from Jaey. But Jaey changed my complete perspective. After ordering the service was damn Beautiful. I haven't seen any other dress website doing this. Calling me and informing about the product delivering the product specially to me because of urgency, giving me each and every update about dress. Let's talk something about dress, i got this dress for my mom for an event, my mom was the star in the event, the dress look extremely preety. It is as shown in the picture.
