If you order SizeYOU i.e. made-to-measure (highly recommended), we use all your measurements provided by you to accurately tailor it to your size. - Standard sizes - 2XS to 4XL - without any customization for sleeves/length/waist/pockets etc. are eligible for easy returns/exchanges (once per product).
- SizeYOU (tailored-fit) orders are not returnable, but eligible for 1 free alteration.
- Items on Clearance Sale / Insane Price Drop are final sale - no returns, exchanges or alterations.
- Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via: https://www.jaey.in/profile?tab=orders. Entire process may take 15-20 working days.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued only as Jaey Wallet Credits after deducting a ₹100 per piece reverse logistics charge along with the applicable COD charges (₹100/₹200) paid at the time of placing the order.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method and ₹100 reverse logistics charge per piece will be applicable. If you choose credits to be refunded in Jaey wallet, ₹100 charge will be waived off.
- No charge for exchanges or alterations.
- Parcel opening video is a must for any damage claim.

I absolutely loved the EDGY POWER JACKET in White. I ordered an XS, and the fitting is perfect. I really liked the way it looks and fits.
However, I noticed that one of the buttons was not stitched securely. When I opened the package and removed the cover, the button fell off. I have re-stitched it myself, but I request you to kindly make sure the buttons are properly secured before dispatching the product next time.
Apart from this small issue, I really loved the jacket and the fitting. ❤️
